Our Guarantee

DublinLedgers is committed to maximizing your income tax refund based on the information provided and the legal entitlements in your country. Tax laws or interpretations may change, and while we will meet our commitments to the extent legally allowed, the final decision on refunds rests with the relevant tax authority.

Exceptions to Refund Responsibilities

We cannot guarantee a refund if the provided information is inaccurate, or misleading, or if you have already received a refund. Refunds are also not guaranteed if tax authority records differ from the submitted information or if outstanding tax debts exist. DublinLedgers will assist with appeals where eligible.

Fees and Refund Policy

Each application incurs a minimum processing fee. Once services commence, fees are non-refundable, as resources are dedicated to processing. In cases of cancellation, efforts will be made to halt your application, though full refunds may not be possible if the process has already started.

Power of Attorney and Payment Obligations

By completing and signing the tax rebate claim form and the contact form by accepting the authorization’s terms, as outlined in this document, you authorize DublinLedgers to act on your behalf in refund matters and agree to pay associated fees. If another entity is also authorized for the same refund, DublinLedgers’ fee remains payable. Should refunds be issued directly to you, the processing fee is still due. Failure to pay may result in legal action, media disclosure, and credit reporting.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and relevant data protection laws. DublinLedgers uses secure measures to protect your information, which may only be shared with tax authorities for audit purposes. You may review our Privacy Policy here.

DublinLedgers reserves the right to terminate services or refuse applications that may violate legal, ethical, or service criteria. In such cases, if no substantial work has commenced, any initial fees may be refunded per our refund policy.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions. We will notify clients of such occurrences and resume service as possible.

Rebate Issuance and Bank Charges

Rebates are issued by bank transfer unless otherwise specified. DublinLedgers is not liable for any local bank fees or currency exchange fluctuations.
